Barista/Customer Service

What we are looking for:

  • Positive, Can Do! Attitude…. It’s our jam.

  • Ability to work days Tuesday-Saturday

  • Prior professional food service experience 

  • Prepare orders with care, accuracy, and efficiency

  • Meticulous cleaning habits and strong organization skills 

  • Excellent verbal and communication skill

  • Island Co. Food Handlers permit (within 30 days of hire)

  • Prior Barista/Customer Service experience (Barista/Food Prep)

  • Base hourly wage of $17 per/hr PLUS full share of equally divided tip pool (Average for 2023 over $14 per hr) Average hourly wage equals $30

  • Shift meal and beverages provided. 

  • Ferry pass, if living off island

  • Work/Life balance. We are open 8am-2pm Tuesday thru Saturday, closed Sunday, Monday and most holidays. No Christmas or Thanksgiving shifts!
